Buy Back Policy

1. Purpose

This Buy Back Policy defines the terms and conditions under which eligible Direct Sellers / Distributors may return unsold products to Cliffnova-X Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The policy is designed to promote ethical direct selling practices and protect distributors from inventory accumulation.

2. Eligibility

  • Buy back facility is available only to active and registered Direct Sellers / Distributors
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Cliffnova-X Private Limited
  • The distributor must be compliant with company policies and code of conduct

3. Buy Back Period

  • Buy back requests must be raised within 30 days from the date of product purchase
  • Requests submitted after the permitted period shall not be accepted

4. Condition of Products

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and invoice intact
  • No physical damage, alteration, or signs of use

Products that are damaged, altered, used, or unsellable shall not be eligible for buy back.

5. Buy Back Value

  • The Company shall buy back eligible products at not less than 90% of the original net purchase price
  • Taxes, shipping, handling charges, and promotional discounts are excluded from the buy back value
  • Any commissions, incentives, or bonuses paid on returned products may be adjusted or reversed

6. Buy Back Process

  1. Distributor submits a buy back request via official email or authorized dashboard
  2. Company reviews the request and confirms eligibility
  3. Distributor ships the products to the designated return address
  4. Products are inspected upon receipt
  5. Approved buy back amount is processed accordingly

7. Refund Timeline

Approved buy back refunds shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt and successful verification of returned products.

8. Exclusions

The Buy Back Policy shall not apply to:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Promotional, free, or complimentary products
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized sources

9. Ethical Safeguards & Additional Guidelines

  • No distributor is required or encouraged to purchase excessive inventory
  • Buy back policy exists to prevent stock loading and financial pressure
  • Repeated misuse of buy back facility may result in restriction or termination
  • Company reserves the right to limit buy back quantity in exceptional cases
  • All buy back transactions are subject to internal audit and compliance review

10. Termination & Rejection

The Company reserves the right to reject buy back requests or terminate eligibility in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, policy violation, or unethical practices.

11. Policy Modification

Cliffnova-X Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Buy Back Policy at any time in compliance with applicable laws, direct selling guidelines, or business requirements.
